Ring the Home Therapies unit on 01438 284100 to discuss this – they will need around 6 weeks’ notice of your proposed holiday date to ensure that deliveries can be organised.

Otherwise you will need to book sessions at a dialysis centre close to your holiday destination – check the National Kidney Federation website and Kidney Care Uk website which both have very useful information on arranging holidays both in the UK and abroad.
